German Foreign Minister Annalena Berbock warned during the Munich Security Conference 2022 that Russia could move from provocations and disinformation to escalation against Ukraine.
– Provocation and disinformation can turn into escalation. I am very clear that we will not play this game. On the contrary, we are working with all our efforts to find constructive solutions to the crisis in the Normandy format, with the EU and NATO,” Burbock said on February 18.
She recalled that Ukraine and its citizens have the right to an independent free choice of what future to choose.
