The Kremlin decided to demonstrate that Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, who recently mysteriously disappeared from public space, is alive. However, the supposedly new video featuring Putin's henchman may be archival.

For about 2 weeks, Sergei Shoigu did not appear on propaganda broadcasts and did not participate in the Kremlin's public protocol events. And this was noticed not only by Ukrainian, but also by foreign media.

It seems that even the Russians themselves did not believe in the explanation of Putin's press secretary Dmitry Peskov about the alleged “excessive employment” of the Russian Defense Minister. So the Kremlin decided to show Shoigu.

Video with Shoigu may be archival, – Gerashchenko

March 26 propaganda channel published a video of a meeting with the bloody minister. On it, he allegedly reported on the progress of the “military operation” in Ukraine.

Shoigu also revealed what the Russian Army lacks. “Priorities are high-precision long-range weapons, aviation equipment, as well as support for the combat readiness of strategic nuclear forces,” he boldly declared.

At the same time, it is not certain that this meeting took place on March 26th. Probably, it was filmed earlier, and the video was released only now.

According to the adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Anton Gerashchenko, Shoigu actually has serious health problems. Now the Russian minister seems to be in the hospital, and the published video was filmed on March 11.

Today they released a “canned food” to show the people that the “patient” is alive and well. So: Shoigu’s condition has worsened, and he continues to receive treatment at the Burdenko military hospital,” Gerashchenko convinces.

Recently, on March 24, propagandists have already tried to bring Shoigu back into the frame by embedding an old video of him in a meeting with Putin.
