Russian mixed style fighter (MMA) Maxim Shcherbakov, nicknamed Ax, was convicted of a fight. REN TV reports.

The Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow sentenced the athlete to two years in a penal colony. He was found guilty of intentionally causing moderate harm to health. The fighter's representative will appeal the court decision.
