Russian tennis player Daniil Medvedev lost to French player Hugo Umber in the second meeting of the group stage match of the Association of Tennis Professionals Cup (ATP Cup). Competitions are held in Australia. TASS reports.

The game ended with a score of 6: 7 (5: 7), 7: 5, 7: 6 (7: 2) in favor of Humbert. The score in the match became equal – 1-1. Earlier, Roman Safiullin beat Artur Rinderknekh (2: 6, 7: 5, 6: 3). Medvedev and Safiullin are announced for the decisive meeting in doubles, who will play with Edouard Roger-Vasselin and Fabrice Martin. It will take place later Sunday.
