The Terminator combat vehicle, which “foreign professionals” call the “Russian meat grinder,” is one of the most terrible weapons in the world, Zvezda claims.
The weekly reminds that the vehicle, capable of “performing both in a fire support group, and as an independent armored unit” was created on the basis of a tank chassis with combined frontal armor and dynamic protection units. The publication calls “Terminator” “a real heavyweight.” “The formidable 44 tons correspond to the mass of the classic T-72 in all its modifications,” the weekly writes.
It is noted that the product is equipped with a pair of 30-mm 2A42 automatic cannons with 900 rounds of ammunition, a 7.62-mm PKT machine gun, four launch containers of the Ataka-T complex with 9M-120 guided missiles and automatic 30-mm AG-17D grenade launchers … “This machine has a wide range of ranges – from several hundred meters to six to eight kilometers,” the newspaper writes.
