She called herself the heiress of a wealthy family and began to closely communicate with representatives of high society. The swindler forged checks, which allowed her to take out loans, live in expensive hotels for free, and arrange sumptuous dinners for friends. In addition, she planned to open a center for contemporary art named after herself and constantly bought things from luxury brands.
