It is not known who will lose because of the restrictions on the import of smartphones and cars – the United States or Russia. This was stated by the representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Dmitry Birichevsky, RIA Novosti reports.
“We have recorded a threat recently circulated by the American media about possible restrictions on their part on the supply of smartphones, parts for aircraft, cars and other products to Russia,” the diplomat announced. He also accused the United States of “belligerent rhetoric” and “continued threats.”
According to him, through the fault of the White House, American exporters will lose more than Russian producers and consumers. Birichevsky added that Washington itself limits the opportunities for the presence of American businesses in the Russian market.
