Injured during an attack in one of the karaoke clubs in Moscow, Olympic figure skating champion Dmitry Solovyov spoke about health problems. His words are available on the page in Instagram.
“There are some consequences, including those related to speech,” the skater shared. He expressed confidence that he would soon be able to cope with this disease.
The athlete noted that he complies with all the prescriptions of doctors and is gradually recovering. Solovyov noted that he was advised to use the phone less, so he cannot respond to messages and comments from fans on social networks.
On December 21, the athlete was beaten in Moscow by three men when he stood up for his girlfriend, curler Anna Sidorova. The skater was diagnosed with a closed craniocerebral injury. He was hospitalized in the Botkin hospital.
A criminal case was initiated against the attackers under Article 112 of the Russian Criminal Code (“Intentional infliction of moderate bodily harm committed by a group of persons out of hooligan motives”).
