Dmitry Dedov, a Russian judge at the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), rejected a verdict allowing Moscow to be involved in the death of former FSB officer Alexander Litvinenko. TASS reports.

“I found many flaws in the analysis carried out by the British investigation and the court, which raise reasonable doubts about the involvement of the suspects in the poisoning and whether they were acting as agents of the state.”

emphasized Dedov.
