The official website of the Russian Ministry of Defense on the Internet is functioning normally and is fully accessible to all Internet users from 12.25 Moscow time. This was reported on Friday by the Russian Ministry of Defense.
– Specialists of the Department's Computer Security Service have successfully neutralized the ongoing DDoS attack, the intensity of which has not significantly changed. No violations in the operability of the software and hardware infrastructure and the security system of the website of the Russian Ministry of Defense have been allowed, – the military department told KP.
Note, according to information received by “KP”, the source of the hacker attack on the official website of the Russian Ministry of Defense was discovered by experts outside Russia. It should be noted that it was not possible to disable the resource of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation by means of spam requests, and the specialists of the military department did everything necessary to repel the cyber attack.
Let us recall that recently foreign hackers also tried in vain to interfere with the direct line of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
