Russian combat helicopters will be equipped with kamikaze drones. This is reported by TASS with reference to a source in the military-industrial complex.
According to the newspaper, the new modular unit, which will soon be installed on Russian vehicles, will allow them to launch corrected missiles, mini-drones and kamikaze drones. The helicopters will also be equipped with weapons programming equipment, with which they can not only pump energy into an unmanned aerial vehicle, but also launch it.
Earlier, the American edition of The Drive drew attention to a video with a probable attack by a kamikaze drone of an unknown model on an armored vehicle. The video presented in the publication is called frightening – it shows the approach of this aircraft to a target surrounded by people from a camera installed on the drone itself. The video ends shortly before the possible contact of the drone with the car.
