Russian athlete was disqualified for the use of anabolic steroids and meldonium

Russian runner Marzhana Ibaeva has been suspended for four years for anti-doping rule violation. This was reported on the website of the All-Russian Athletics Federation (ARAF).

The athlete was convicted of using anabolic steroids, including the metabolite of drostanolone, dehydrochloromethyltestosterone, stanozolol, and meldonium. Ibaeva passed a positive test during the Russian team championship, which was held in September in Sochi.
