According to the decree of the government of the Russian Federation, from July 20, 2021 to July 31, 2022, an experiment will be held in the country to use an enhanced electronic signature when providing public services.
“To conduct from July 20, 2021 to July 31, 2022, an experiment on the use of an enhanced electronic signature when providing services and performing other actions using the federal information system.” state and municipal services in electronic form, “- said in the text of the document published on the portal of legal information.
The Ministry of the Russian Federation was charged with coordinating the process of the experiment.
The government advised Rostelecom and VTB to take part in the experiment and, within three months, after the document entered into force, to ensure the issuance of document signing certificates, as well as the testing of an enhanced electronic signature.
