The latest heavy robotic demining complex is being developed for the RF Armed Forces. This was told to reporters at the Russian Ministry of Defense.
Today, on April 9, Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu of OJSC 766 Production and Technological Procurement Department (UPTK), where he checked the implementation of the state defense order. The enterprise develops robotic systems for different directions.
– The chief of the engineering troops, Lieutenant-General Alexander Stavitsky, informed that at present, in addition to the Uran-6, which is already being supplied to the troops, development work is underway to create heavy mine-clearing robots. The new complexes will be designed to clear the area from significantly more powerful anti-tank mines, the ministry said.
The first prototypes are expected to be released in 2022.
Earlier, the first computer was assembled in Russia, completely consisting of parts produced in Russia. In the future, the developer company plans to release servers, switches, power supplies, control consoles of Russian production.
