The superior forces of the enemy were unable to counteract the fierce resistance and skill of the Ukrainian soldiers.

Russia's war against Ukraine: important things in a nutshell
- Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky issued a decree creating a new state distinction – “For Courage and Courage”. The corresponding document was signed on May 5, 2022, and it immediately came into effect.
