Russia was deprived of the flag for two years at international competitions

Russian athletes were deprived of the opportunity to compete under the national flag at major international competitions until December 16, 2022. RIA Novosti reports.

This decision was made by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) on Thursday, December 17. In the dispute between the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) and the Russian Anti-Doping Agency (RUSADA), the court sided with the international organization.
