The Kremlin master described future cooperation with countries that support the Russian Federation.
Russian President Vladimir Putin announced his intention to develop military-technical cooperation with “friendly countries,” in particular in the area of joint weapons development.
He spoke about this at the plenary session of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, which was ignored by Western companies due to the Russian war in Ukraine, Reuters reports.
“We are not only talking about deliveries or modernization of equipment and weapons, but also about joint developments, personnel training, creation of enterprises and turnkey production facilities,” Putin described future cooperation with countries that support the Russian Federation, in particular, probably, with North Korea.
The president of the aggressor state added that Russia will increase the combat capabilities of its armed forces and modernize military infrastructure facilities.
“We will equip them with the latest technology, weapons and equipment that have proven their effectiveness in practice, in combat conditions,” the Kremlin leader said, without specifying that by “combat conditions” he meant the war of conquest in Ukraine.
Let us recall that earlier Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the creation of a new branch of the armed forces in the Russian army.
