Adviser to the head of the Office of the President Mikhail Podolyak, who participates in the negotiation process on ensuring peace, said that negotiations are constantly taking place online .

Podolyak said this in an interview with BBC Ukraine.

According to him, there are many advisory groups involved in the negotiation process. In addition, the structure of negotiations is very complex.

— There are many bands working in different formats. There are political advisers, and these are not only Russian or Ukrainian, on our part, this is Andriy Yermak, who works with political advisers from other countries that can be guarantor countries,” Mikhail Podolyak said.

He notes that this is not a war between Ukraine and Russia, this is a war of the entire civilized world against a country that has also violated the principles of warfare.

– Russia's motives are unknown, and in general the behavior is very strange,” said the adviser to the head GTC.

In addition, legal and advisory groups are working, the tasks of which will analyze how certain proposals and steps will be perceived by Ukrainian society.

&#8212 ; Because, unlike the Russian Federation, we cannot do without a dialogue with society. After all, we have a different principle for the existence of the state and society. The Russian Federation has a different design, where you can make any decision and impose it on society through propaganda. We can't go for it, so our expert groups work out everything so that society perceives any decisions, — Mikhail Podolyak emphasized.

According to him, the Russian side often throws in some of its own stories in order to create psychological pressure on the Ukrainian side and provoke a conflict in Ukrainian society.
