The Russian Federation threatened that the permanent placement of nuclear facilities in Poland "will not improve its security".

This was stated by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergei Ryabkov, Russian media reported.
He threatened that the permanent deployment of nuclear weapons in Poland “will not improve it security”, and called the nuclear facilities of NATO countries “legitimate targets” of the Russian Federation.
“Therefore, all those politicians who are now, for their own reasons, enthusiastically discussing such a scheme in Poland and abroad, must understand: shifts in this direction will not add to the security of Poland, and the corresponding objects will definitely become a target. And in they will be at the forefront of our military planning,” he said.
Recall that on April 22, Andrzej Duda announced his readiness to deploy NATO nuclear weapons in Poland.
