The Administration of the Sea Ports of Ukraine (USPA) reported that on the night of March 22, Russian troops attacked the seaport in Nikolaev.
As a result of the shelling, the port infrastructure was significantly damaged, but, according to preliminary data, fortunately, no one was injured.
Earlier, the head of the Nikolaev regional military administration, Vitaly Kim, said in a video message, that tonight there were three arrivals in the city. According to him, there are no casualties or injuries.
– We are preparing to launch a business. Agriculture needs implementation, we are working on it. We are also working on the restoration of supply chains. Regarding humanitarian aid. There are centralized deliveries, there is something that volunteers bring. The procedure will be simplified,” Kim noted.
Regarding the hostilities in the territory of the Nikolaev region, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as of 12.00, the Russian occupation forces made an unsuccessful attempt to carry out assault operations in the Aleksandrovka area in the Voznesensky district, and in the area of the village of Bereznegovatoe, where the enemy carried out reconnaissance in force, the Russian troops suffered heavy losses and retreated.
