Petr Andryushchenko said that by capturing Ukrainian territories, in particular Mariupol, the Russians gained access to children left without parents. According to an adviser to the mayor of Mariupol, Russia abducted at least 1,300 children from Mariupol alone.
The mass export began in April 2022, when children began to appear, alienated from their parents, and became orphans as a result of hostilities. As a result of the abduction, the children ended up on the territory of Russia and were subsequently “adopted” by the Russians.
The kidnappings were organized by the “DPR” terrorist Vitaly Kiselyov and Maria Lvova-Belova, Commissioner for Children's Rights under the President of Russia. According to Andryushchenko, it was Kiselev who was responsible in Mariupol for organizing the removal of children.
It was the two of them who organized the removal of Ukrainian children from Mariupol and beyond. We know that in this way they stole at least 1,300 children from Mariupol and the vast majority of these children were adopted under the shortened procedure that Russia has already introduced, – said the mayor's adviser.
At the same time, as the official noted, it is almost impossible to find these children and, probably, it will not come out before the victory of Ukraine, since even the office of the Ombudsman of Ukraine cannot obtain data on the fate of the abducted children.
Ukraine was able to evacuate the children- orphans during the invasion
Pyotr Andryushchenko noted that Ukraine evacuated children deprived of parental care before the Russians established control over the city. At the same time, the invaders absurdly claim that Ukraine abducted these children from Mariupol.
According to the mayor's adviser, the children who managed to be evacuated are under the protection of the law, and their rights are protected, unlike those children who were kidnapped by the criminal regime of Russia.

Pyotr Andryushchenko considers the removal of Ukrainian children the biggest Russian crime during the war.
“From my subjective point of view, this is worse than the drama theater, Buchi, the murder of more than 25 thousand Mariupol residents. 1300 children, which we may never find because there are children from 3 years old. He does not even know who his parents were, what is his name, surname and so on,” Andryushchenko said.
How did the fate of these children
According to Andryushchenko, the abduction process included several stages. First, children were taken in large numbers to a camp near St. Petersburg. After that, Maria Lvova-Belova, Commissioner for Children's Rights under the President of Russia, requested amendments to the law on adoption, which the State Duma of Russia, of course, supported.
Then there were 2 more such camps. One is located in the Rostov region, and the other in the Krasnodar region. Children were placed there and a quick adoption procedure was launched.

According to the official, the Children's Affairs Service of the Krasnodar Territory provided information on the number of adopted children from Mariupol, but then stopped. the number of children from Mariupol, which they have. More than 1,000 children have already been adopted, and there was a call that there were 300 children there – a “free cash desk”, they say, let's go faster,” Andryushchenko said.

Russia classified information about Ukrainian children
According to Andryushchenko whereabouts of the children is unknown. A number of international organizations are looking for them, but the Russians classified this information.
This bullying of children, in which Russia is solely to blame, was not enough for supporters of genocide against Ukrainians, and therefore representatives of the Russian authorities decided to publicly mock this situation and children.

Piotr Andryushchenko compared this situation to schoolchildren in Mariupol being forced to write “warm letters to the defenders”, but in fact to the occupiers, because of which they now live in the ruined city, and the same occupiers killed their parents. According to Andryushchenko, the situation with the abduction of children and their use in occupational propaganda should be discussed all over the world no less than rocket attacks on civilians, because these are crimes, which continue every minute.
The situation in Mariupol: the main thing
