Humanitarian aid from Russia arrived at the Havana Jose Marti International Airport. This was reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the Russian embassy in Cuba.
On New Year's Eve, the planes transported a cargo weighing 22 tons, including protective medical suits and syringes.
In July, the Russian Defense Ministry dispatched two planes to Cuba with more than 88 tons of humanitarian aid.
