British Foreign Secretary Liz Truss said that the Russian Federation will confirm its status as a rogue state in the event of a new invasion of Ukrainian lands.
She said this during a briefing in Kiev on February 17.
– Russia should once again think about its actions. Despite claims, there are no signs that Russian troops are withdrawing from the border. It is necessary that Russia move away from the brink of the abyss. The Russian Federation should go for diplomacy,” Truss urged.
She said that otherwise, serious sanctions would be imposed on the Kremlin, coordinated with Britain's partners.
“In the event of a new Russian invasion, the price will be paid by the Russian people, and this country will also confirm its status as a pariah country,” the minister emphasized.
