Russia wants to involve China in the development of Crimea's naval infrastructure.
Russia plans to attract Chinese business to the development of transport infrastructure in the temporarily occupied Crimea.
The Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine (SVRU) reported this on Telegram.
According to Ukrainian intelligence, the head of the so-called occupation administration of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, during the last meeting announced preliminary agreements with representatives of China on the implementation of several projects:
According to SVRU, in order to sign the final agreement, the occupation authorities intend to invite potential Chinese investors to Crimea. Among the companies that may be involved in the project is China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC), one of the largest Chinese corporations specializing in the construction of railways and transport highways.
The estimated amount of investment to be attracted for the implementation of the initiative is 10 billion US dollars.
Let us recall that earlier we wrote that the Crimean Bridge would collapse without missile strikes.
