Russia is switching to a 5G system on a Chinese platform, which means the establishment of total control over the population.
This opinion was expressed by military expert Oleg Zhdanov on the air of Channel 24.
He explained that in China, artificial intelligence captures the movement of individuals, vehicles and everything else, and further processes this information.
“So Russia is switching to a system of total control over the population, as it is in China,” the expert said.
In his opinion, Russia's plan can only succeed in large cities due to lack of money. In this case, the Russians will completely drop out of the global Internet.
“I think that they (in Russia – ed.) will make a kind of hybrid system that is unlikely to work“, – Zhdanov added.
Recall that the Finnish telecommunications company Nokia was accused of providing cyber espionage for Russia in exchange for facilitating business.
