“I am developing a bill to ban the propaganda of destructive ideology, including quad racing. Those who make this movement popular and attractive need to be punished,” said Yana Lantratova.

The Russian deputy believes that children who are into quad racing are becoming victims of propaganda. According to her, this phenomenon is “not as innocent as it seems at first glance.”
