Another piece of nonsense was spouted by the Ambassador of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on special assignments Rodion Miroshnik. This was reported by 24 Kanal with reference to Russian media.
What does Russia demand to end the war?
Miroshnik stated that in order to end the war, Ukraine must stop training Ukrainian Armed Forces servicemen abroad .
He added that he called the participation or complicity of other countries in the war a “key issue” that “must be stopped in any form.”
The Russian clarified that this also concerns the supply of Western weapons . In his opinion, the cessation of these programs would allegedly demonstrate Ukraine's desire to settle the war.
By the way, Miroshnik is a collaborator. Previously, he was the spokesman for the former head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration, Oleksandr Yefremov, and the leader of the Party of Regions, Viktor Yanukovych.
And Efremov himself is now the head of the Russian negotiating group.
