The Russian department claims that their air defense systems allegedly managed to shoot down 101 drones during the night: 54 over the territory of the Bryansk Region, 18 in the Krasnodar Territory, 5 over the Kaluga Region, and 3 drones each over the territories of the Tver and Belgorod Regions, the Kursk Region, and the temporarily annexed Crimea. It is also noted that 16 UAVs were destroyed over the waters of the Sea of Azov.
Rosmedia writes that an explosion was heard at an ammunition depot in the Tikhoretsk District of the Krasnodar Territory. According to Governor Veniamin Kondratyev, two drones that attacked the facility were shot down by air defense and electronic warfare forces. The fire and detonation allegedly began “due to falling debris.”
It is noted that the evacuation of the population was announced from the villages near which the fire occurred. Operational and special services are working on the scene, putting out the fire. The authorities report that there are allegedly no casualties.
