Russia blamed for the Syrian crisis

by alex

The Syrian National Coalition of Opposition and Revolutionary Forces (SMDK) has accused Russia of a stalled crisis in an Arab country. Anadolu writes about this.

In addition, Moscow was accused of allegedly supporting the “crimes of the regime” of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad. The coalition also found the Russian side guilty of war crimes.

“Russia was unable to impose Assad on the world community, nor was it able to implement projects to rebuild Syria. “Investments” of Russia in Syria are flowing nowhere, and this will continue to be so, “said the head of SMDK Nasir al-Hariri. The Syrian opposition has called on the world community to help resolve the crisis and impose sanctions on those who support Assad.

Russia has been conducting a military operation in Syria since September 2015. The goal of the campaign was called support for the government army and Syrian President Bashar al-Assad in the fight against terrorists, including the Islamic State (IS, banned in Russia).
