The newly appointed head of Roscosmos Yuri Borisov announced that Russia was withdrawing from the International Space Station project.
He also reported to dictator Putin that the Russian Federation would develop its project, the so-called Russian Orbital Service Station.

Borisov said that the tasks of Roskosmos and the new station will be to provide navigation, communications, data transmission, meteorological and geodetic information. As for the ISS, Roskosmos promised to “fulfill all obligations to partners.”
