Russia and Uzbekistan agree to simplify the issuance of documents for migrants
The ministries of Uzbekistan and Russia signed agreements to simplify the process of organized departure of labor migrants from the republic to the federation, the Dunyo news agency under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the republic reports.
The material notes that the documents were signed by the First Deputy Minister of Employment and Labor Relations of Uzbekistan Erkin Mukhitdinov, Deputy Head of FSUE “PVS” Peter Karpovets and General Director of the State Budgetary Institution “Migration Center” Sergey Baldin.
On the basis of the agreement, it will be possible to open the front offices of migration centers in Uzbekistan, thereby reducing the time and costs spent for citizens, the report says.
Earlier it became known that Russia will begin to pay pensions to labor migrants from the states of the Eurasian Economic Union for the experience gained in the Russian Federation.
