RUSADA reacted to WADA's refusal to appeal against the CAS decision

Acting head of the Russian Anti-Doping Agency (RUSADA) Mikhail Bukhanov reacted to the refusal of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) to appeal the decision of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). His words are quoted by RIA Novosti.

Bukhanov said that RUSADA was ready for any development of events, so there were no fears. He stressed that the Russian side also refused to appeal, because it seeks to establish close cooperation with WADA. “As a result, we have a common task – to protect the rights of“ clean ”athletes,” Bukhanov concluded.
