According to him, the striker voluntarily left the location of the club in August. After that “Akhmat” made many unsuccessful attempts to contact him. As a result, Grozny residents filed a claim with the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber. The club will seek the application of sports and financial sanctions to Mbengu.
