Partial mobilization announced by Putin has been going on in Russia for several days now. Literally everyone is being drafted into the ranks of the occupying army, regardless of their state of health.
This was stated by Advisor to the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Oleksiy Arestovich during a stream with Mark Feygin, reports Channel 24 . He noted that in Russia there will not be a single family that would not be affected by mobilization.
Literally everyone is taken into the army
Arestovich noted that within the framework of the announced mobilization in Russia, literally everyone is being drafted into the army. There are also many violations. In particular, people who come to the military registration and enlistment office are not even allowed to go home for documents.
Medical examinations are not actually carried out. A medical certificate is taken, with which you graduated from military service, perhaps 20 years ago, – said the adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
He said that the mobilization in Russia is going well. After all, criminal liability is already provided for refusing to participate in hostilities.

“Rows will be continuous until December 1”
Arestovich said that 21 September began the first wave of mobilization. In total, three of them are planned in Russia. The third starts in mid-November and should end on the 20th of that month.
Rowing will be continuous until December 1, every day. As you understand, three waves of mobilization are not needed to recruit 300,000 people across the whole of big Russia. This means that they will recruit three times 300 thousand each. In total, about a million,” he noted.
At the same time, the adviser to the head of the President's Office noted that, according to some reports, the planned number of mobilized people may be even higher. And a million drafted into the army is a lot even for Russia. After all, there will not be a single family left to touch.
On a bad head, you can call on 25 million. The question is what to do with them next. At such a pace that they grab, they may well gain a million. I don’t know how they will turn this million into soldiers and how long it will take,” Arestovich said.
He believes that some of the mobilized will be thrown into reinforcements, which in turn will have a certain effect. But what will happen next is even hard to imagine.
