Roskomnadzor intends to check the recording of the broadcast from the Muz-TV award for violations of the law in connection with the possible propaganda of unconventional relationships among minors, RIA Novosti reports.
The department recalled that such information can only be disseminated with the “18+” sign at night.
If violations are detected, Roskomnadzor will take appropriate response measures.
It is noted that for the dissemination of information that promotes non-traditional sexual relations among children, an administrative fine is provided for officials in the amount of 100 thousand to 200 thousand rubles, legal entities face punishment in the form of a fine in the amount of 1 million rubles or administrative suspension of activities for up to 90 days …
