Roskomnadzor has blocked the Smart Voting website. The reason for this was that the site is associated with an extremist organization.
– Roskomnadzor restricted access to the specified site, as it is used to continue the activities and activities of the extremist organization, – quoted by the press service of the TASS department.
The reason for this decision was the requirement of the General Prosecutor's Office, according to which it is necessary to restrict access to those resources that are associated with the Anti-Corruption Fund *.
On September 1, the Anti-Corruption Foundation (FBK) * was liquidated by a court decision. The relevant data are provided by the Federal Tax Service (FTS). On August 6, FBK * was officially included in the list of banned organizations. A few days later, Rosfinmonitoring added the Anti-Corruption Foundation * to the list of organizations and individuals with respect to which there is information about involvement in extremist activities or terrorism.
