Moscow. September 30th. INTERFAX.RU – The head of Roscosmos, Dmitry Rogozin, has been re-elected chairman of the board of directors of the Rocket and Space Corporation (RSC) Energia, according to the company's materials.
“To elect Dmitry Olegovich Rogozin, the general director of the Roscosmos state corporation, as chairman of the board of directors of RSC Energia,” says a message posted in the corporate information disclosure system.
In October 2020, the corporation also announced the election of Rogozin as chairman of the board of directors.
On September 14, the corporation announced the early termination of the powers of the board of directors and the election of members of the new board.
Rogozin, his deputies for international cooperation and space systems, Sergei Savelyev and Mikhail Khailov, retained their seats on the council, Sergei Krikalev, executive directors of the state corporation for manned space programs of Roskosmos, Pavel Suvorov for economics, and for contractual work of Roscosmos, Georgy Forsov.
The head of the department of privatization and management of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise / JSC of the Territorial Administration of the Federal Property Management Agency of the Moscow Region Ilya Shkarban and the first deputy head of Roscosmos for the development of the orbital group and promising projects Yuri Urlichich were excluded from the council.
The new members of the council are the executive director of the state corporation for promising programs and science, Alexander Bloshenko, and the chief expert of the department of economic security of Roscosmos, Konstantin Romanov.
