Three-time Olympic champion in figure skating, State Duma deputy Irina Rodnina reacted to the deprivation of Belarus of the right to host the world ice hockey championship. It is reported by “Sport-Express”.

According to her, the decision of the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) was political. The athlete also called the incident a lawlessness and noted that she considered the transfer of the tournament unfair.
