Rodnina said that it was impossible to impose strict restrictions across the country, because the situations in the regions are different. “The most difficult situation is in Moscow, St. Petersburg and the Moscow region. Due to the fact that many people travel from the region to Moscow and vice versa, the measures should be quite serious, ”she said.
