Rocket attacks on peaceful cities of Ukraine, which are carried out by Russian invaders, are a war crime. A tribunal awaits the performers and organizers.
This was stated by the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov.
He recalled that our state has been resisting the Russian aggressor for 122 hours. According to Reznikov, on the fifth day of the intervention, the invaders are in agony.
– The barbarous shelling of peaceful cities with rockets and MLRS (multiple launch rocket systems – Ed.) is evidence that they are no longer able to fight with armed Ukrainians. Only with peaceful ones, like the last cowards. This is a war crime. Its direct perpetrators and organizers are doomed for the rest of their existence to bear the stigma of murderers and hide. A tribunal awaits them,” Reznikov emphasized.
The minister noted that it would be fair if a special international tribunal were established in Kharkiv, which is now suffering from brutal rocket attacks on Russian troops. Reznikov recalled that it was in this Ukrainian city that the first trial of Nazis tried for war crimes took place in 1943.
“Now the “Kharkov Tribunal” must pass judgment on the Kremlin followers of Hitler, who “surpassed” him, Reznikov added.
The minister noted the resilience of the Ukrainian military, thanks to which the enemy cannot break through the defenses in eastern Ukraine, and this demoralizes him.
Reznikov added that thanks to the heroism of the Ukrainian defenders and defenders, the enemy is suffering crushing losses on other fronts, including the economic one due to the collapse of the Russian currency.
– There is the first ban on the export of Russian oil. The international IT community has joined in the destruction of the occupying army. The supply of weapons and everything necessary from Europe is increasing. Even Ukrainian schoolchildren went on the offensive on the cyber front, – said the head of the Ministry of Defense.
