Rock and roll legends Mick Jagger and Sir Paul McCartney supported Ukraine

World stars have shown their commitment to the Ukrainians.

The Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger and one of the legendary Beatles Paul McCartney demonstrated their support for Ukraine and called for helping Ukrainians in difficult times of Russian aggression.

Famous rock musicians have published related posts on Facebook.

“We remember how we played for our friends in Ukraine on Maidan Nezalezhnosti in 2008 and think about them in these difficult times. We send our love and support,” wrote Sir Paul Macartney, a member of the legendary Liverpool Four The Beatles, posting a photo where he stands on stage with the Ukrainian flag in his hands.

Rolling Stones vocalist Mick Jaeger was concise but more specific in his message.

A message appeared on his social media page with a Ukrainian flag and a link to the Global Citizen website with advice on how to help Ukraine during the Russian aggression.

“Real ways to help Ukraine through Global Citizen,” wrote Mick Jagger.

Recall that the frontman of the group “Antitelya” Taras Topolya, along with other members of the team, joined the territorial defense forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
