ROC found violations in the actions of CAS in the case of sanctions against Russia

The President of the Russian Olympic Committee (ROC) Stanislav Pozdnyakov announced the existence of violations in the actions of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in the case of sanctions against Russian sports. His words are quoted by TASS.

“During the arbitration procedure and before the final decision was made, the ROC together with the defendant and third parties repeatedly drew attention to numerous procedural violations that relate to the competence of CAS,” Pozdnyakov said. He added that the organization plans to challenge the court's decision.
