INTERFAX.RU – The International Space Station (ISS) has revealed many different technical problems that interfere with the normal operation of the Russian segment of the station, said Vladimir Solovyov, the head of the flight of the station segment, deputy general designer of the Energia rocket and space corporation.

“There are already a lot of all sorts of troubles that, frankly, interfere with the normal exploitation of the Russian segment,” Solovyov said on Monday at the conference “Scientific Space of the XXI Century: Challenges, Solutions, Breakthroughs.”

In November 2020, it was reported that RSC Energia expects a sharp increase in the number of breakdowns on the ISS after 2025.
