Google recently made a hazy announcement of the Pixel 6 smartphones that will be the company's flagships. However, we do know that Google has another device in store – the cheaper Pixel 5a. The company previously said it would release it “later this year.” Now we know exactly when.
According to the latest information, the affordable smartphone will be presented on August 26. It will cost $ 450 (about 33 thousand rubles at the current exchange rate).
The Pixel 5a is rumored to have a 6.4-inch screen, Snapdragon 765G processor, 6GB of RAM, and a 4,650mAh battery. It won't have wireless charging support. In addition, the Pixel 5a may only come in one color – black. As for the camera, it will be the same as the Pixel 5.
The new smartphone will be officially sold only in two countries – the United States and Japan.
