New Apple smartphones will receive an improved camera system. It is reported by MacRumors with reference to analysts at Barclays.
A disclosed investor note by analysts Blayne Curtis and Thomas O'Malley said the iPhone's planned 2021 feature will be a new camera. Experts clarified that the wide-angle lenses of the devices will receive an improved aperture – from f / 2.4 to f / 1.8.
The corresponding upgrade will allow the device's camera to receive more light, which will increase the quality of photos and videos taken in low light conditions. Barclays analysts are confident that improved cameras will receive all smartphones in the iPhone 13 series. Telephoto lenses in the 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max will also have an f / 2.2 aperture and a focal length of 65 mm, which will also improve camera performance. The components will be supplied by Cirrus Logic.
Thus, the Barclays report confirms the report of the authoritative analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, who said in November that the hallmark of new Apple smartphones will be a new camera system. However, Ko believes that only the top devices in the series – the iPhone 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max – will receive the upgrade.
Earlier, Chinese journalists predicted the cost of the iPhone 13 Pro, which is rumored to come with a record one terabyte drive. The authors suggested that a similar device would be priced by the company at $ 1,699, or about 125 thousand rubles.
