This statement was made by Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski on TVN24.

At the same time, he added that he was not aware of Ukrainian initiatives after the adoption of the law on mobilization. According to him, when he first visited Kiev as a minister, the Ukrainian side spoke about a slightly different approach to resolving this situation.
“A namely, that they will have a certificate for their citizens stating that someone has a regulated relationship with military service. And they asked that those who do not have such a certificate not continue receiving social payments,” Sikorsky noted.
Recall that former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Vladimir Ogryzko supported the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to stop providing consular services to Ukrainian men abroad.
