On the night of July 4, Russia was attacked once again by unknown drones. Loud explosions were heard in some regions of the aggressor country.
This time, targets in the Moscow and Rostov regions of Russia were hit, Channel 24 reports, citing the head of the Center for Counteracting Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council, Andrey Kovalenko.
What are the consequences of the attack on Russia?
Kovalenko reported that despite the difficult night in Ukraine, there is also good news. In particular, the Azov Optical and Mechanical Plant was hit on Russian territory. It is worth noting that locals reported attacks on the plant, in total they counted more than 20 UAVs.
This enterprise produces critical components for the Russian army, namely sights, rangefinders, thermal imagers and fire control systems for tanks, infantry fighting vehicles, ships and even aircraft. It is here that the “eyes” for Russian armored vehicles are assembled.
It should be noted that Russians complained about explosions on the night of July 4. They reported drone attacks on several regions at once, including the Rostov and Vladimir regions.
The latter heard two loud explosions. The footage published by local publics shows fire trucks moving. It was reported that problems with electricity were recorded in the region.
