On the night of July 19, 2024 in Russian Kursk – alarming.
Local officials announced the alleged “air defense work” and the alleged damage to 7 “Ukrainian” UAVs.
They say they were shot down in the air.
So far there is no information about the consequences of the attack on the ground or casualties.
Local residents said that 7 to 10 explosions were heard in the sky over Kursk. The loud sound set off the alarms of parked cars.
Local authorities advise that UAV debris should not be approached or touched as it may cause harm.
Later, government officials stated that four more aircraft-type drones seemed to have been shot down over the Kursk region.
By the way, on July 15, unknown drones attacked Russia. One of the drones fell on an electrical substation in the Lipetsk region.
