Residents of Moscow will be able to enter personal history data into an electronic medical record
Muscovites will now be able to enter data on their personal anamnesis into an electronic medical card using a special chat bot, reports “Moscow 24”. This will allow therapists to reduce the time it takes to collect information about the patient's health, as well as adjust treatment, facilitate risk assessment and establish an accurate diagnosis.
According to Anastasia Rakova, Deputy Mayor for Social Development, the chatbot became available to residents of the city in February, but earlier Muscovites could only use it to convey to the doctor information about their well-being before the appointment.
“We work every day to create new digital tools for doctors and patients, as well as expand the functionality of existing assistants. Now the chatbot will also help Muscovites enter information about their personal anamnesis into their electronic medical records, for example, traumas, operations, allergies, pathologies, medications taken or lifestyle features, ”said Rakova.
She noted that if the data was entered by the doctor earlier, then the chat bot will not collect anamnesis again. In this case, all information is stored in the patient's electronic medical record. The entered information can be edited, and the user has the ability to return to any of the previous versions using the history of changes.
Earlier, Anastasia Rakova noted that Muscovites who had been ill with COVID-19 or were fully vaccinated helped prepare 18 tons of plasma with antibodies to coronavirus.
