What “surprise” is Trump talking about?
It is worth noting that Donald Trump spoke about increasing aid to Ukraine, so we can assume that he meant providing new types of weapons. When the American leader said that Ukraine would receive defensive weapons, he deliberately did not reveal all the cards.
